How to use - My subscriptions

The 'My subscriptions' page allows you to manage and review your RiskRemedy subscription(s). In particular, it gives information as to when your subscription started and when it is due for renewal.

Schedule of payments: This shows what payments have been made or are due to be made. For payments that have already been taken, you may click to download a tax receipt in PDF format for your records.

Subscription renewal: Four weeks before your subscription is due to be renewed (which is typically on the anniversary of the date you first subscribed), you will receive an email asking you confirm that your details are still correct in readiness for renewal. 'My subscriptions' enables you to amend anything that is incorrect. You may change the following:

  • Company details: If the number of employees has changed, then you should update the figure using the button provided. This will change the renewal price if the number of employees has increased such that your subscription falls into a different pricing band.
  • Payment details: If you wish to change the details of the account (for Direct Debit) or card number (for credit or debit card payments), you may do so. You can also switch between Direct Debit or card payments should you wish.

Note: if your personal or business details have changed (such as company address), then you can change these at any point during your subscription by clicking on 'My account'.
